Refund Policy

1. General Policy
Revosim.io operates on a prepaid balance model. Funds added to your account are intended for immediate use on virtual numbers, SMS verification, and eSIM plans. Due to the digital and instant nature of our services, all sales are generally considered final once a service has been activated or delivered.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be issued in the following cases: the purchased number did not receive any SMS due to a platform-side technical failure; a duplicate charge occurred due to a payment processing error; an eSIM plan failed to activate and no data was consumed; or your account was charged without authorization and verified by our team.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not provided when: SMS was delivered but the third-party service rejected the code; a number was rented but not used before expiration; an eSIM plan was activated and partially consumed; the user provided incorrect details during purchase; or the account was suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of the transaction. Include your account email or Telegram ID, the transaction ID or date, and a brief description of the issue. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds are credited back to your Revosim.io account balance by default. Refunds to the original payment method (cryptocurrency wallet) are available only for amounts exceeding $50 and may take up to 14 business days to process. Transaction fees from the original payment are non-refundable.
6. Refund Limits
Each account is limited to 3 refund requests per calendar month. Refund requests exceeding this limit will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Revosim.io reserves the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent or abusive. Repeated refund abuse may result in account suspension.
